James Gourlay (footballer, born 1862)

James Gourlay (30 October 1862 – 8 June 1926) was a Scottish footballer who played as an outside left. Born in Cambuslang, he played for Cambuslang from 1884 to 1890, including the 1888 Scottish Cup Final. He earned one international cap for Scotland in 1886, scoring in a 7–2 win over Ireland. He is often confused with another Cambuslang player named James Gourlay, who was capped for Scotland in 1888.
