Franclens (Savoyard: Franklyin) is a small commune in southeastern France, in the Haute-Savoie department of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. It covers 15.37 square kilometers and had 541 residents in 2023, for a population density of about 101 people per square kilometer. The village sits at elevations from 268 to 544 meters above sea level, averaging around 483 meters.

Its mayor for 2020–2026 is Jean-Louis Magnin. Franclens is part of the Saint-Julien-en-Genevois arrondissement and canton, and belongs to the CC Usses et Rhône intercommunality. The postal code is 74910 and the INSEE code is 74130.
