Fall On Your Sword
Fall On Your Sword is an American music company that makes music for films, TV, and advertising. It has offices in Los Angeles and Brooklyn and was started in 2009 by Will Bates, with Lucy Alper joining as partner and executive producer. The company is best known for film scores and viral video mash-ups. Bates has scored films such as Another Earth, I Origins, We Steal Secrets: The Story of WikiLeaks, 28 Hotel Rooms, and Going Clear: Scientology and the Prison of Belief. He has also scored TV series including The Magicians, The Path, The Looming Tower, Chance, and Sweetbitter. Before focusing on scoring, FOYS also performed as a live band. They create art installations as well, with some works credited to Will Bates.
