The 2006–07 Turkish Basketball League was the 41st season of Turkey’s top professional basketball league. The season began on October 7, 2006. Fenerbahçe Ülker won their second national championship, defeating Efes Pilsen in the finals. Semifinalists were Türk Telekom and Galatasaray Café Crown.

Relegation and promotion: Tofaş and Tekelspor were relegated to the Turkish Second Basketball League. Antalya BŞB and Kepez Belediye earned places in the league for the 2007–08 season.

Playoffs: The 2007 playoffs were the final phase of the regular season. Quarterfinals and semifinals were best-of-five series (first to three wins). If a team had won both regular-season matchups, they started the series with a 1–0 lead. The finals were a best-of-seven series (first to four wins). Playoff dates were May 4–10, May 13–21, and May 25–June 1, 2007.

Statistical leaders: Points — Gerald Fitch (19.7 PPG); Rebounds — Ömer Aşık (11.2 RPG); Assists — Marques Green (6.8 APG).

Attendance: Total attendance 412,963; average attendance 1,582 per game.
