Faithlife Corporation is a private software company based in Bellingham, Washington, that creates digital tools for Bible study. It started in 1992 as Logos Research Systems, founded by Bob Pritchett, Dale Pritchett, and Kiernon Reiniger. Its flagship product is Logos Bible Software, a digital library for Bible study available on Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android. The company also publishes tools and resources under several brands and partners with more than 500 publishers to offer over 120,000 Christian ebooks.

In 2014, the company changed its name from Logos Research Systems, Inc. to Faithlife Corporation to reflect its broader offerings. In 2022, Faithlife announced a shift in strategy, exiting church management features in Faithlife Equip and focusing on Bible study tools, content delivery, and digital discipleship. The CEO is Bill McCarthy, and the company is backed by Cove Hill Partners.

Faithlife publishes the Year-End Song and Sermon Report, which highlights popular Christian songs and sermons of the year. Lexham Press, Faithlife’s in-house publishing imprint, was bought by Baker Publishing Group on September 23, 2025.
