Palaephatus fusciterminus is a small moth in the family Palaephatidae. It was described by Davis in 1986. It lives in the Valdivian forests of southern Argentina and Chile. The forewings measure about 10–12 mm in males and 10.5–11.5 mm in females. Adults fly from October to March, and there may be more than one generation per year.
