Ezio Loik (26 September 1919 – 4 May 1949) was an Italian football midfielder. Born in Fiume (now Rijeka, Croatia), he started his career with U.S. Fiumana at 17 in the 1936–37 Serie C season. He then played in Serie A for A.C. Milan (1937–1940), Venezia (1940–1942), and Torino (1942–1949).

With Venezia he helped the team achieve a high finish and win the Coppa Italia in 1941. At Torino, he formed a famous midfield partnership with Valentino Mazzola. With the Grande Torino side, Loik won five consecutive Serie A titles and another Coppa Italia (1942–43) before dying in the Superga air disaster near Turin on 4 May 1949, which claimed many of the team.

Loik also represented the Italy national team, earning 9 caps and scoring 4 goals between 1942 and 1949. He stood 1.78 meters tall.
