Evelyn Omavowan Oboro (born 24 December 1971) is a Nigerian politician who served in the Federal House of Representatives from 2011 to 2019. She represented the Okpe, Sapele and Uvwie constituency in Delta State in the 7th and 8th National Assemblies, and was elected on the platform of the People's Democratic Party (PDP). She lives in Abuja and Ekiti, Nigeria.

Education and early life: She completed her secondary education at Our Ladies High School, Effurun, in 1988. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Delta State University in 1997, a Master of Public Administration in 2002, and a law degree from Delta State University in 2009.
