William Nicholas Straub House is a historic house at 531 Perry Street in Helena, Arkansas. Built in 1900 for William Nicholas Straub, a prominent local merchant, the two-and-a-half-story home blends Colonial Revival and Shingle styles. The first floor is brick, while the upper floors are covered in shingles. The wide front porch runs across the entire facade and is supported by three Ionic columns. The entry on the left has a door with a large glass pane and a transom window above; to the right is a two-sided projecting bay. A crenellated tower rises above the entry. The house is part of the Perry Street Historic District as a contributing property and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on April 18, 1985 (NRHP reference number 85000834).
