Eustacio Rizo Escoto (born 30 September 1971) is a Mexican former footballer who played as a forward. He was born in Arandas, Jalisco. He began his professional career with Tecos in 1991 and later played for Cruz Azul, Guadalajara, Irapuato, Tiburones Rojos de Veracruz, Puebla, Tecos again, and Tigrillos Broncos. On the international stage, Rizo appeared four times for Mexico between 1995 and 1997, scoring three goals, and he was part of the national squad for the 1997 Copa América.
