Euphaedra piriformis is a butterfly in the Nymphalidae family. It was described by Hecq in 1982. It is found in Cameroon, Gabon, the Republic of the Congo, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo (Kinshasa). Its habitat is wet forests. The common name is the per-banded Themis forester. Synonyms include Euphaedra (Euphaedrana) piriformis.
