Jermaine Terrill McGhee (born December 31, 1983) is a former American football defensive end from San Lorenzo, California. He played college football at Prairie View A&M, where he had 14 sacks in his senior year and 24 sacks over his last two seasons, after starting his college career as a defensive back. He went undrafted in 2007 but signed with the Kansas City Chiefs in 2008, spending time on their practice squad before being released in November. He signed with the Buffalo Bills in 2009 but was placed on injured reserve in August and waived in February 2010 after failing his physical. McGhee also spent time with the Sacramento Mountain Lions, Montreal Alouettes, Chicago Rush, Las Vegas Locomotives, and San Antonio Talons. He graduated from San Lorenzo High School in 2002 and was a First-team All-SWAC pick in 2006.
