Estadens is a commune in southwestern France, in the Haute-Garonne department of the Occitania region. It covers about 117.5 square kilometers and had 526 residents in 2023. The area is mostly mountainous, with elevations from 396 to 805 meters. The population density is about 30 people per square kilometer. Estadens belongs to the Saint-Gaudens arrondissement and the Bagnères-de-Luchon canton. The mayor for 2020–2026 is Robert Martin.
