Lidiya Vladimirovna Alekseyeva (July 4, 1924 – June 26, 2014) was a Russian basketball player and coach from Moscow. As a player, she helped MAI Moscow win the USSR Women's League several times and the USSR Cup in 1952. She also won four EuroBasket Women gold medals with the USSR national team (1950, 1952, 1954, 1956).

From 1962 to 1984, she was the head coach of the USSR Women's National Team. Under her leadership, the team won every major competition they entered, including Olympic gold in 1976 and 1980, World Championships in 1964, 1967, 1971, 1975, and 1983, and many EuroBasket titles from 1962 to 1983.

She was honored in several halls of fame: the inaugural class of the Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame in 1999, the FIBA Hall of Fame in 2007, and the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 2012. Her husband, Evgeny Alekseev, was also a famous basketball player and coach.
