The Eparchy of Šabac (Šabačka eparhija) is a diocese of the Serbian Orthodox Church in Serbia. It covers the Mačva region and parts of Podrinje and Posavina, in the north-western part of Šumadija and western Serbia. The seat is in Šabac, and the cathedral is the Cathedral of the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul in Šabac. The eparchy uses Church Slavonic and Serbian in its services.

Established in 2006, it was created when the former Eparchy of Šabac and Valjevo was divided into two: the Eparchy of Šabac and the Eparchy of Valjevo. The first bishop after the split was Lavrentije; today the position is listed as vacant.

There are eight monasteries in the eparchy: Ilinje, Kaona, Petkovica, Radovašnica, Čitluk, Čokešina, Soko, and Tronoša.

Brief history:
- In the 18th century the area was part of the Eparchy of Valjevo, with the seat moved to Šabac by the end of that century.
- In 1831 Valjevo Eparchy was divided into three: Valjevo (later Šabac), Užice, and Zvornik.
- From 1886 to 1898 the Eparchy of Šabac was abolished and joined the Metropolitanate of Belgrade.
- In 1947 it was renamed the Eparchy of Šabac and Valjevo, with the seat in Valjevo.
- In 2006 it was split into the Eparchy of Šabac and the Eparchy of Valjevo.
