Elsa Ratassepp (7 March 1893 – 4 May 1972) was an Estonian actress who performed on stage, on radio, and in films for about six decades. She was born in Raadi-Kruusamäe, a part of Tartu. In 1916 she joined the Vanemuine theatre and later helped found the traveling Rändteater in Tallinn, which operated from 1926 to 1928. She had a long stage career from the 1910s into the late 1960s.

Her first film appeared in 1959 in Vallatud kurvid, directed by Juli Kun and Kaljo Kiisk. She then played Triinu in Ühe katuse all (1962). The 1960s were the peak of her film work, with notable roles as Mari in Jäljed (1963), in Kirjad Sõgedate külast (1966), in Libahunt (1968), and in Inimesed sõdurisinelis (1968).

Elsa was married to actor Rudolf Ratassepp. They had two children: Valdeko (1912–1977) and Valda (1914–2014). Rudolf died in 1942 while in prison in Chelyabinsk, Russia. Elsa Ratassepp died in Tartu in 1972 at the age of 79.
