Elm Grove, West Virginia
Elm Grove, sometimes spelled Elmgrove, is a neighborhood in the city of Wheeling, Ohio County, West Virginia, United States. It sits about 774 feet (236 meters) above sea level. The Elm Grove Stone Arch Bridge, the oldest surviving bridge in West Virginia, is located there. The area is also home to Shepherd Hall (Monument Place), a historic house.
