Drosera browniana
Drosera browniana is a small, easy-to-grow carnivorous plant native to Western Australia. It’s a perennial tuber that forms a rosette about 3–4 cm across. This sundew grows in wet loam soils near granite outcrops along the greenstone belt northwest of Esperance, from Mount Holland to Hatters Hill. It flowers from August to September. Drosera browniana is closely related to Drosera bulbosa. The species was first described in 1992 by Allen Lowrie and N. G. Marchant and was named in honor of Andrew Brown, who found the first population.
