Drexmore station
Drexmore station is a stop on the RTA Blue Line in Cleveland, Ohio. It sits in the median of Van Aken Boulevard at the intersection with Drexmore Road, and is named after that street.
The station has two side platforms in the middle of the road—one for eastbound trains and one for westbound trains. There are 65 parking spaces and bike racks nearby. The station is not accessible to riders with disabilities because there are no ramps. It is owned by the City of Shaker Heights and operated by the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority.
History: Drexmore station opened on January 23, 1948. The Blue Line section on Van Aken Boulevard was rebuilt and reopened in 1981.
Service: The Blue Line runs from Shaker Square toward Tower City; the next station after Drexmore going toward Warrensville–Van Aken is South Woodland.
