The Church of St Barbara is a Roman Catholic church in Valletta, Malta. It was built to serve the Provence knights of the Order of St John. The original church was erected in 1573 for the Provence Langue and used by the bombardiers. It was repaired in 1601 and completely rebuilt in 1739. The exterior was designed by Italian architect Romano Carapecchia, while the interior was completed by Maltese architect Giuseppe Bonici after Carapecchia died. The church is Baroque and has a rare central oval dome. It is listed on the National Inventory of the Cultural Property of the Maltese Islands.

A gilded statue of the Immaculate Conception stands above the doorway, erected in 1904 to mark the Jubilee.

Today it serves as the parish church for English-, French-, and German-speaking communities, and it is the only church in Malta that offers regular services in German and French. A Mass in Tagalog is celebrated every Sunday.
