Haliclystidae
Haliclystidae is a family of stalked jellyfish. They are cnidarians (phylum Cnidaria) in the class Staurozoa, order Stauromedusae, suborder Myostaurida. The family Haliclystidae was named by Haeckel in 1879. The World Register of Marine Species lists the genera and species that belong to this family. Haliclystis jellyfish live attached to surfaces by a stalk rather than swimming freely.
