Downtown Deming Historic District

Downtown Deming Historic District is a 30-acre area in Deming, New Mexico. It runs roughly along Silver Avenue and is bordered by Pine, Maple, and Copper Streets. The district includes 63 contributing buildings and two contributing structures that give it its historic character. Construction began in 1881, and the area was designed by the architectural firm Trost & Trost. Styles in the district include Late Victorian and various late 19th- and early 20th-century revival designs. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on September 25, 2013 (NRHP reference number 13000769).
