Dmitry Klokov is a Russian former Olympic weightlifter who competed in the 105 kg category. He was born on February 18, 1983, in Balashikha, near Moscow. His father Vyacheslav Klokov was a world champion, and Dmitry followed in his footsteps.

Klokov became world champion in 2005 with a total lift of 419 kg. He won a silver medal at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing with a total of 423 kg. He also earned medals at other World Championships, including a silver in 2011, when he lifted 196 kg in the snatch and 232 kg in the clean and jerk for a 428 kg total. He placed third at the World Championships in 2006 and 2007.

He retired from international competition in 2015. Afterward he joined the Baltimore Anthem of the National Pro Grid League. In 2020, the International Testing Agency issued retrospective doping charges related to his past career.

Klokov is married to Elena Klokova since 2006, and they have a daughter named Anastasia. His height is 1.83 meters and his competition weight was about 105 kg.
