Cayman Islands Second Division

The Cayman Islands Second Division was the third-tier football league in the Cayman Islands, run by the Cayman Islands Football Association (CIFA) and part of CONCACAF. It had 10 clubs and used to promote teams to the First Division. The domestic cup was the Cayman Islands FA Cup. The last champions (2023/24) were Scholars International B (the reserve team of Scholars International SC). In January 2025, the two leagues were merged during the season to meet FIFA’s rule requiring at least ten teams in a professional league, so the Second Division ceased to exist as a separate competition.
