Delaware Township is a rural area in Mercer County, Pennsylvania, located along a creek near New Hamburg. The population was 2,088 at the 2020 census, down from 2,291 in 2010. The New Hamburg Historical Area within the township was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.
