David Stacey (born 22 February 1965 in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire) is a British swimmer. He competed in the men's 1500 metre freestyle at the 1984 Summer Olympics. He represented England in the 400 metre and 1500 metre freestyle events at the 1982 Commonwealth Games in Brisbane and again at the 1986 Commonwealth Games in Edinburgh. He won the ASA National Championship title in the 1500 metre freestyle in 1985 and 1986.
