2010–11 Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs

The Mudbugs won the CHL championship (Ray Miron President’s Cup). They finished the regular season 37–26–3 (home 19–13–1, road 18–13–2), scoring 229 goals and allowing 193. Coached by Scott Muscutt and captained by Brett Smith, they played at the CenturyTel Center with an average attendance of 3,369.

Team leaders: goals — David Rutherford (35); assists — Steven Crampton (40); points — David Rutherford (67); penalty minutes — Mitch Love (110); plus/minus — Justin Aikins (+18). Goaltending: John DeCaro 20 wins, 2.61 goals-against average.

This was the Mudbugs’ 10th CHL season in Bossier City. They qualified for the playoffs and went on to win the league title by March 27, 2011.
