David Carl Booysen (born 25 May 1989 in Cape Town) is a South African soccer defender who most recently played for Cape Town All Stars. He is a centre back who started in the Ajax Cape Town youth system. His senior career included Maritzburg United (2010–2016, 108 appearances, 1 goal), Free State Stars (2016–2017, 6 appearances), Stellenbosch (2017–2018, 16 appearances, 1 goal), Ubuntu (2018, 7 appearances, 1 goal), Royal Eagles (2018–2019, 14 appearances), Steenberg United (2019–2020, 14 appearances), and Cape Town All Stars (2020–2022, 20 appearances). His older brother, Mario Booysen, is also a professional footballer.
