Curly pine is a type of pine wood with a distinctive wavy, curly grain pattern, similar to curly maple. This striking grain comes from older pine trees, such as longleaf pines. Some wood suppliers, like Blackwood Timber Company, describe curly pine as having the coolest grain pattern you can find in ancient longleaf pine.
