Cross-country skiing at the Winter Paralympics is organized by the International Paralympic Committee (IPC). There are 27 events: 16 for men and 11 for women. The sport has been part of the Winter Paralympics since 1976 and has been included in every Games up to 2022. Some National Paralympic Committees (NPCs) that used to compete are no longer active at the Winter Paralympics.
