CNT-II was an Italian single-engine biplane flying boat built by Cantieri Navale Triestino (CNT) in 1924 for the 1925 Schneider Cup. Designed by Alessandro Guidoni, two units were built and powered by a pusher 465 hp (347 kW) V12 engine. Both aircraft sank during flotation trials; they were recovered and sent for repairs, but the project was abandoned. The CNT-II had its first flight in May 1924 and was retired the same year.
