The Crawford County Courthouse in Girard, Kansas, was built in 1922 in the Classical Revival style. It was designed by architects Tonini and Bramblet. The three-story building is reinforced concrete faced with stone and features a symmetrical design with Tuscan columns, pilasters, and pedimented entryways. The plan measures about 123 by 97 feet (37 by 30 meters).

The courthouse sits on a square around 400 by 400 feet, and includes a gazebo as a contributing structure. The entire courthouse square is part of the National Register of Historic Places, added on April 22, 2009 (reference number 09000225). Three non-contributing objects on the property are a Huey helicopter, a Vietnam War memorial, and a deer statue. The property area is less than one acre.
