College Hermann Spethmann (Colégio Hermann Spethmann) is a private school in Criciúma, Santa Catarina, Brazil. It serves students from nursery through 12th grade and focuses on helping learners with different needs through innovative teaching methods. The school began as Pirlimpimpim in 1988 and, in 1998, became Centro Educacional Hermann Spethmann as it expanded beyond early childhood education.

History:
- 1988: Opened as Pirlimpimpim to provide early childhood education.
- 1998: Became Centro Educacional Hermann Spethmann and started offering more grades.
- 2003: Added 5th to 8th grades.
- 2005: Began offering high school.

About Hermann Spethmann:
Hermann Spethmann was born January 1, 1888, in Lübeck, Germany, and died June 23, 1953, in Brazil. He moved to Brazil in 1911 to help educate and health-educate immigrants in Santa Catarina. He worked at schools in Joinville and Indaial and is the grandfather and great-grandfather of the college’s founders.
