It is a local architectural monument. The church was built in 1615 with funding from the Lisiecki family. It was rebuilt in 1716 and took its present shape. It was consecrated in 1741 by Bishop Wacław Hieronim Sierakowski of Kamianets-Podilskyi. In 1748, parish property improved thanks to donations from Rafał Skarbek and Adam Bielski. In 1935 the church was set on fire. The parishioners who were resettled to Poland took with them the miraculous image of the Mother of God of Chervonohorod. Today the church is in ruins.
