Ch'iyar Qullu (Palca) is a mountain in the Bolivian Andes. It is 4,688 meters (15,381 feet) high. The name comes from Aymara: ch'iyara means black and qullu means mountain, so it means "black mountain." It is located in the La Paz Department, Murillo Province, Palca Municipality, Bolivia, and lies northeast of Achachi Qala. The name is also spelled Chiar Kkollu.
