Charlie Joyner (born July 22, 1940) is an American politician from Oklahoma. A Republican, he served in the Oklahoma House of Representatives for the 95th district from 2006 to 2016. He was born in Rose Hill, North Carolina, and attended the National Fire Academy and Oklahoma State University. Joyner spent 22 years with the Midwest City Fire Department, including a period as fire chief. He served on the Midwest City City Council from 2000 to 2006, and was vice mayor for part of that time. He was preceded in the House by Bill Case and was succeeded by Roger Ford. In November 2015, he announced he would not seek reelection.
