Dariel Álvarez Camejo (born November 7, 1988) is a Cuban former professional baseball right fielder. He played in Major League Baseball for the Baltimore Orioles (2015–2016) and in Nippon Professional Baseball for the Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks (2021). He bats and throws right-handed.

Álvarez started his career in Cuba with Camagüey. He signed with the Baltimore Orioles as an international free agent on July 24, 2013. He rose through the minor leagues, playing for the Gulf Coast Orioles, Frederick Keys, Bowie Baysox, and Norfolk Tides. He participated in the All-Star Futures Game in 2015 and was an International League All-Star before making his MLB debut on August 28, 2015, as the Orioles’ starting right fielder. He hit his first major league home run on September 11, 2015. In 2016 he started in Triple-A, was called up in July, but appeared in only two games.

In 2017 Álvarez switched to pitching, but a right elbow injury required Tommy John surgery. Baltimore released him in April 2017, and he re-signed shortly after, missing most of 2017 and 2018 while recovering. He pitched a couple of games in the minor leagues as a pitcher in 2018.

Álvarez left MLB and played in Mexico in 2019 for Toros de Tijuana and Saltillo. The 2020 season was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In December 2020 he joined Japan’s independent Baseball Challenge League with Ibaraki Astro Planets, and in July 2021 he signed with the Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks of NPB, debuting on August 13, 2021. He became a free agent after the season.

In 2022 Álvarez returned to the Mexican League, signing with Sultanes de Monterrey and appearing in 34 games with a .186 average, 4 home runs and 17 RBIs before being released on June 2. He then signed with Saraperos de Saltillo, hitting .282 with 17 home runs and 53 RBIs in 52 games. In 2023 he played for Mariachis de Guadalajara, batting .308 with 1 home run and 11 RBIs in 21 games before being released on May 16, 2023.
