Charles Wesley Lynch (March 11, 1851 – September 9, 1932) was a West Virginia politician and judge. He served on the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia from January 1, 1913, to December 31, 1921, and was briefly chief justice before retiring.

Lynch was born near South Clarksburg, Virginia (now West Virginia). He earned a BA from West Virginia University in 1874, an AM from WVU in 1877, and a law degree from West Virginia Wesleyan College.

He entered public service as a member of the West Virginia House of Delegates in 1882 and again in 1890. In 1904 he was elected as a Republican to the 13th judicial circuit, and in 1912 he won a seat on the state supreme court. He served as chief justice for a time and resigned in 1921. Lynch died at age 81 and was known as the dean of the Harrison County bar.
