Stefan Šapić
Stefan Šapić (born 26 February 1997 in Belgrade) is a Serbian professional footballer who plays as a centre-back. He is very tall, standing about 2.02 meters.
He started in youth football with Žarkovo, then Partizan, and later Čukarički. He joined Čukarički’s first team for the 2015–16 season and wore jersey number 65. He helped the Čukarički youth team win the Serbian youth league and reach the 2016–17 UEFA Youth League. Šapić made his senior debut for Čukarički on 27 March 2016 against Mladost Lučani. In 2016–17 he spent time on loan at Sinđelić Beograd. He played for Čukarički from 2016 to 2022, making 124 league appearances and scoring 11 goals.
In September 2022, Šapić signed with Torpedo Moscow in Russia, where he scored in his second game in a 1–0 win over CSKA Moscow. He later played for Zvijezda 09 in Bosnia and Herzegovina and then for Hyderabad in India.
