Caro (Breton: Karozh) is a small commune in the Morbihan department of Brittany, in north-western France. It is part of the Vannes arrondissement and the Moréac canton, and belongs to the Oust à Brocéliande community of communes. The area covers 137.74 square kilometers (14.57 sq mi) and sits at elevations between 14 and 128 meters. In 2023, about 1,126 people lived there, giving a population density of around 30 inhabitants per square kilometer. The residents are called Caroyens. The Breton name for Caro is Karozh. The mayor from 2020 to 2026 is Erwan Gicquel.
