Georg Valdemar Høeberg (1872–1950) was a Danish violinist, conductor and composer. He was born in Copenhagen into a musical family—his brother Albert was an opera singer, another brother Ernst a cellist, and his grandfather was Hans Christian Lumbye.

He studied at the Music Academy from 1888, with teachers including George Ditleff Bondesen, Gade and Valdemar Tofte. The violin was his main instrument, and he also learned piano and composition. After more violin studies in Berlin, he worked as a violinist at the Royal Chapel from 1897 to 1901. He began composing and received the Anckerske Scholarship in 1899. From 1900 he taught violin at the Conservatory until 1914, when he became conductor of the Royal Chapel, a post he held until 1930. Between 1910 and 1914 he directed concerts for the Danish Concert Association, showing his skill as a conductor. He died in Vedbaek. His musical output was small.
