Buicken – store gutter gråter ikke (The Buick – big boys don't cry) is a 1991 Norwegian drama film written and directed by Hans Otto Nicolaysen. It stars Lasse Lindtner as Ken and Helge Jordal as Bent. The story follows two brothers who are separated when their parents divorce. As adults, Ken is a successful businessman, while Bent works in a factory and leads the workers. Bent's glass factory is in trouble, and Ken helps by finding new investors. A year later, Ken returns to the city and learns Bent has been fired and has left his wife. He visits Bent's remote summerhouse and finds Bent's diary, a large pile of driftwood, and Bent's crashed Buick, but Bent himself is not there. Runtime: 88 minutes. Language: Norwegian.
