Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is a U.S. lobbying and law firm based in Denver, Colorado. It has about 250 lawyers and policy consultants working in 13 offices across the western United States and Washington, D.C. Its main areas are real estate, natural resources, public policy, corporate matters, and litigation. The firm also has about 600 employees.

The firm was founded in 1968 in Denver by Norman Brownstein, Jack Hyatt, and Steve Farber, who studied law together at the University of Colorado. Hyatt led the firm early on and died in 2017; Farber helped bring the 2008 Democratic National Convention to Denver and died in 2020.

Brownstein Hyatt added lobbying in 1995, and in 2007 merged with Schreck Brignone to become Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck. Frank Schreck, a former chairman of the Nevada Gaming Commission, is linked to the firm.

The firm had a strong year in 2015, with revenue around $172.2 million, net income about $58.4 million, and profits per partner near $899,000. Growth was credited to higher client demand and a solid business strategy.
