Wingate Hezekiah Lucas (May 1, 1908 – May 26, 1989) was a Democratic U.S. Representative from Texas. He was born in Grapevine, Texas, and studied at North Texas Teachers College, Oklahoma A&M College, and the University of Texas at Austin, becoming a lawyer in 1938. Lucas served in the U.S. Army from 1943 to 1945, with time in Europe during World War II. After the war, he practiced law in Grapevine.

He was elected to Congress and represented Texas’s 12th district from January 3, 1947, to January 3, 1955. After leaving Congress, he worked as a government relations executive for General Electric in New York City (1958–1966) and then as executive director of the Mid-Appalachia College Council (1966–1986). He resided in Bristol, Tennessee, where he died on May 26, 1989, at age 81.
