Brent Vermeulen (born January 1, 2001) is a South African actor known for both films and TV roles. His films include The Harvesters (2018), Griekwastad (2019), and Glasshouse (2021). On television, he has appeared in Alles Malan (from 2019) and Spoorloos: Steynhof (2021).

Vermeulen was born to André and Suzie and grew up in Durbanville. He attended Durbanville Primary School and later Paarl Gimnasium as a boarding student. He discovered acting through a school musical and finished school in 2019. His sister Julia also studied drama.

He made his film debut while still at school in The Harvesters, opposite Alex van Dyk; the film was shown at the Cannes Film Festival. He later worked again with van Dyk in Griekwastad (2019). His TV debut came in 2019 as Johan in Alles Malan, and he appeared as Barend Strachan in Trackers.

In 2021, Vermeulen joined Spoorloos: Steynhof, alongside Jane de Wet. He also played Paul in Paul + Zoe, the second part of the Afrikaans anthology 4 Walls (4 Mure), and Gabe in Glasshouse, an English-language film by Kelsey Egan.
