Marcin Listkowski (born 10 February 1998) is a Polish footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder or forward for GKS Tychy in Poland’s I liga. He is 1.79 m tall and was born in Rypin, Poland.

Listkowski began his career with Lech Rypin and then moved to Pogoń Szczecin, where he played for the reserve team and the first team, including a loan spell at Raków Częstochowa.

In 2020 he signed a five-year contract with Italian club Lecce. He was loaned to Brescia in 2023, then to Lecco in 2024. In 2024 he joined Jagiellonia Białystok in Poland, with a loan to Zagłębie Lubin in 2025. In January 2026, his contract with Jagiellonia was terminated, and he signed an eighteen-month deal with GKS Tychy.

Internationally, Listkowski has represented Poland at youth levels from U16 to U21.
