Borden Farm is a neighbourhood in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, in the Knoxdale-Merivale Ward. It was part of the former city of Nepean and joined Ottawa in 2001. The area sits on land that used to be the Borden Dairy Farm. In 1959, CMHC bought the land and built the community between 1967 and 1976, with single‑family homes and parks and bikeways tucked behind the houses. More development occurred in the 1980s and early 1990s.

Boundaries are Merivale Road to the west, Bowhill Avenue to the north, Nepean Creek to the south, and Chesterton Drive to the east. Nearby housing areas include Fisher Glen, Stewart Farm, Parkwood Hills, and Carleton Heights. The 2016 census recorded 2,668 residents, with a density of about 3,240 people per square kilometre.

The neighbourhood has four parks, shopping along Merivale Road and a small strip on Viewmount Drive, and is close to Merivale Mall. The Borden Farm Child Care Centre is on Chesterton Drive.

Schools in or serving the area include Omer-Deslauriers High School (formerly J.S. Woodsworth High School, which operated from 1973 to 2005), Century Public School, Laurier-Carrière Catholic Elementary School, and Merivale High School.

Merivale Mall is within walking distance, making shopping convenient for residents.
