U-Haul Car Share, originally called U Car Share, was a for-profit carsharing service run by U-Haul. It operated in nearly 40 cities across the United States from 2007 until it shut down in February 2020, just before the COVID-19 pandemic. Members could use a car by the hour or by the day, with a limit of three consecutive days. The service mainly operated in college towns and aimed to reduce the need for owning extra cars while encouraging public transit use. Its main competitor was Zipcar, which has included Flexcar since 2007.
