Black-hooded thrush

The black-hooded thrush (Turdus olivater) is a bird in the thrush family. It is found mainly in Venezuela and in parts of Colombia, especially the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. It lives in subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, high-altitude shrubland, and areas where forests have been heavily degraded.
