Berthe de Puybusque
Berthe de Puybusque (pseudonym Rustica) was a French poet and novelist. She was born on 14 December 1848 at Château de Lacombe in Muret, Haute-Garonne, France. She published her first works under the pen name Rustica. She was crowned a master at the Jeux Floraux festival in Toulouse. She wrote novels for young girls and many poems. She also contributed to L'Ouvrier, an illustrated bi-weekly journal. She died on 12 November 1926 in Saint-Sulpice-sur-Lèze, Haute-Garonne. An alleyway in Muret is named after her.
